• 1. Based on the directive No. A/200 dated 04/05/2019 of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Culture "Not to take any tests or exams from six-year-old children", classes and guardians for the 2023-2024 academic year admission to the 1st grade , a joint meeting of the training department will be organized in the form of an interview. 
• 2. Children born between 01.01.2018 and 2018.12.31 can enroll in the 1st grade and preparatory class of Oyuunlag School in the academic year 2024-2025.

TWO. REGISTRATION 

• 1. On February 19 - March 3, 2024, electronic registration of the preparatory group will take place. 
• 2. The electronic registration link will be posted on the website and Facebook page of Oyuunlag School on February 19, 2024.

• 3. When registering in the electronic register, enter the child's information correctly without mistakes in Krill letters only. 

• 4. Enter the guardian's information, phone number, and e-mail address correctly. 

• 5. During registration, a link to book an appointment will be sent to the guardian's registered e-mail address within 10 minutes after the payment of the registration fee by transfer. If there are duplicate registrations, the first registration will be automatically deleted. Note: The registration fee is 40,000 teg

THREE. "INTRODUCTORY LESSON"  

• 1. Students enrolled in electronic registration will take an appointment between 03.09-10.2024 and come to Oyuunlag School according to the scheduled time for familiarization classes.

• 2. The "Introductory Lesson" will be conducted by a team of elementary school teachers from Oyunlag School and evaluated by an external commission. 

• 3. "Introductory lesson" will last 80 minutes. 

DѲРѲВ. "MEETING INTERVIEW"  

• 1. Guardians of registered students will participate in the "Meeting and Interview" with the Education Office.  

• 2. When the student is attending the familiarization lesson, the guardians will visit the school and meet with the education department. 

• 3. The "meeting interview" will be conducted by a team consisting of the education department of the Intellectual School, and the evaluation will be made by an external commission.

FIVE. ANSWER 

• 1. A total of 128 students and 20 students from the waiting list will be selected from the students who participated in the "Introduction Course" and will be sent an e-mail of the right to join and a waiting list number.
• 2. The guardian of students who have received the right to study will receive an e-mail with the time to meet with the Education Office of Oyuunlag School and a list of materials to be collected. / If you do not arrive at the time to meet with the training office, it is not possible to make up the registration/
• 3. If you have received the waiting list information, the first 128 students selected during the enrollment period will receive an enrollment email based on the enrollment number instead of the child who did not register.
• 4. Enrollment email cannot be transferred to your child. Only children with names and registration numbers registered in the program will be registered.

SIX. OTHER.

• 1. Preparatory class training will be held in the classroom for 5 weeks from 04.01.2024 to 05.03.2024. The schedule of classes is 14:00-17:00 on weekdays.
• 2. When you come to the school to register, you will get the textbooks and notebooks that will be used for the training of the preparatory class.
• 3. Preparatory class tuition fee 1.200,000 MNT. / The tuition fee for the 1st grade is 9,500,000 MNT to be paid when enrolling in the preparatory class. Students who have attended the preparatory class will receive a certificate of admission to the 1st grade of the Intellectual School in the academic year 2024-2025. Note: Only students who have studied in the spring preparatory class will be admitted to the 1st grade.
